We prepare each order with care and ship it as soon as possible.
Shipping Area
At the moment, we only ship to Spain and countries within the European Union.
We do not ship outside the EU.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We work with reliable logistics providers such as Correos, SEUR, UPS and Mondial Relay.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected and are shown as an estimate at checkout.
In any case, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with applicable law.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available.
Free Shipping Thresholds
We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within Spain and €75 for international orders. These thresholds may change from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.
