The Basics

Yes. Every design starts as a hand-drawn illustration before it becomes a T-shirt. Nothing is stock art, nothing is AI-generated, and nothing is licensed from somewhere else. If you've seen it on a Fauna Jam shirt, someone here drew it.

100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. GOTS means the cotton is independently verified from farm to finished garment — not just "described" as organic on the label. No synthetic blends, no mystery fabric.

Yes, completely. No leather patches, no animal-derived dyes or glues, nothing hidden in the finishing. If you're buying a T-shirt about an animal, we're not going to put another one in the seams.

Sizing & Fit

Check the size chart on each product page before you buy — it has real measurements, not just S/M/L labels. The tees are unisex and run true to size for a relaxed, everyday fit. If you're between two sizes and want a boxier look, size up.

It happens, and it's an easy fix. Get in touch within 14 days and we'll sort an exchange or a return, no interrogation, no restocking drama.

Yes. If you need a different size or would rather swap your T-shirt for another design, just let us know when you contact us and we'll handle it as an exchange rather than a refund-and-rebuy.

For exchanges, the cost of sending the original T-shirt back is your responsibility. We'll keep this cost as low as possible and deduct our discounted return shipping rate from the value of your original order.

If the new T-shirt costs more, we'll let you know the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

Right now, Fauna Jam ships within Spain and the rest of the EU. We know a lot of you are further away, we're not there yet, but it's on the list.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary a little by country, so we keep the exact numbers on our Shipping page rather than duplicating them here, you'll also see them at checkout before you pay, so there's no surprise at the last step.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Returns & Exchanges

14 days, no questions asked. If a T-shirt doesn't work out, wrong size, changed your mind, anything, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

Yes. For returns, the cost of sending the item back to us is the customer's responsibility. You can either arrange the return yourself or ask us for a discounted return label, which we'll deduct from your refund.

If your order arrived damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us first, we'll take care of the return costs.

That's on us, not you. Email us with a photo of what arrived and we'll replace it or refund it, you won't need to pay to send anything back in that case.

It means the people who make our T-shirts are paid fairly and work in conditions that are independently checked, not just promised. It's a certification, not a slogan, you can look up what Fair Wear audits for on their own site if you want the detail.

We’re two designers who met while studying abroad in Barcelona and eventually decided to start a project together.

Fauna Jam grew from a pretty simple idea: draw the things we love, and see if there are other people out there who feel the same way. Animals, nature, illustration, getting outside — all the things that make us feel a little more like ourselves.

We’re a small team based in Barcelona, working mostly with freelancers rather than a big studio. We draw the animals we actually notice around us, print them in small batches, and try not to make more T-shirts than people will actually wear.
