14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
Changed your mind? No problem.
Under EU and Spanish consumer law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, which means you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it — no reason required.
To start a return, just email us at hello@faunajam.com.
You don’t need to explain why, but we’d love to hear your feedback if you want to share it.
How to Send Your Item Back
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping Method
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We may need to wait to issue a refund until we receive the item or you provide proof that it has been sent back.
Condition of the Item
You may open the package and inspect the item as you would in a physical shop.
However, the item must be returned in its original condition. If it has been used or damaged beyond what’s necessary to check it, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount, as allowed by law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
By law, some items are exempt from the Right of Withdrawal. We cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-made items, made specifically for you

Gift cards

Any other items exempted by law under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU)
Sale Items
Even though many shops exclude sale items, we choose to accept returns on sale items within the 14-day withdrawal period, as long as they meet the conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive your return or proof that it has been sent, we will issue your refund within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the law.
Your refund will include:

The full price of the returned item

The original basic shipping cost you paid when placing the order
(Any extra cost for express or upgraded shipping is not refundable.)
Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take a few additional business days to display the refund in your account.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at hello@faunajam.com as soon as possible.
In Spain, you are covered by a 3-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects. In these cases, we will cover all costs, including return shipping, and offer you a repair, replacement, or full refund, as required by law.
Withdrawal Form (Optional)
You may use the official EU model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
